Bio

Harry Glickman is a PhD Student in the Biological and Biomedical Engineering department.
Harry completed his MDCM and MScPH degrees at McGill. In Dr. Enger’s lab, he will apply his medical and statistical knowledge to develop interpretable multimodal prediction and inference models for oncology.

Current Projects

Pan-cancer clinicogenomic radiotherapy response prediction.
Despite the increasing availability of multimodal data, including extensive genetic information, radiation therapy is still generally prescribed using a “one size fits all” approach. In this project, I will apply clinical and genetic information to build pan-cancer prediction models of radiotherapy response, helping to inform the development of personalized radiotherapy strategies.
