Congratulations to Yujing for an excellent oral presentation (proffered paper) at ESTRO 2022 in Copenhagen, Denmark!!

Yujing Zou, M.Sc. student at the EngerLab, presented McMedHacks‘ team efforts from the Enger Lab at the McGill University – Medical Physics: “McMedHacks: Deep learning for medical image analysis workshops and Hackathon in radiation oncology”, at European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO), the largest European meeting on radiation oncology, in Copenhagen, Denmark last Saturday. #estro2022.

The proffered paper presentation is titled “McMedHacks: deep learning for medical image analysis workshop and Hackathon in radiation oncology” in the Symposium session: Education in Radiation Oncology: Advances and Opportunities, and took place on May 7th, 2022.

McMedHacks (www.mcmedhacks.com) is an 8-week-long program that aims to teach students and researchers fundamentals of medical image analysis and deep learning in Python. It consists of a series of in-depth interactive workshop demos with Google Colab and seminar series given by leaders in the field.
