Dr. Shirin Abbasinejad Enger, Postdoctoral fellow Dr. Parsa Bagherzadeh and PhD candidate Yujing Zou gave a workshop on “AI Tools and Methods” at the Canadian Cancer Research Alliance #ccrc2023 Halifax, Nova Scotia this week. They delved into applications of AI models in precision oncology and ethical considerations. They also covered essential techniques from computer vision, and transfer learning, to modern attention-based pretrained models.
